Background

The client is a healthcare provider based out of the Middle East who approached us to save time assisting patients by building a custom AI-based health app that can transform in-hospital patient communication by offering real-time access to medical help.

Solution Implemented

We had several brainstorming sessions with the client to understand why they are looking for a change in the conventional system.
Within a short span of 8 months, we built an AI solution with necessary features for workflow management, multi-stakeholder management, multi-format requests, customizable request options, etc
Feature inclusions to the AI-health app were done in order to make the solution all-patients inclusive. We have also integrated an effective voice command system for the best performance.
