A well-known medical technology manufacturer based out of Germany approached us to develop a comprehensive solution to digitize the event management process to provide medical education to customers and further develop the competency level of the local sales and marketing team.

Solution Implemented

We had collaborative brainstorming sessions with the client and suggested our agile mobile development process with the most efficient technology stack for the event management solution, keeping in mind the client’s future expansion plans, service offerings, business model, etc..
A robust mobile application was built focusing on providing easy access to events for employees and external partners. The users are also enabled to just register and check in the events through this comprehensive app.
Several compelling features were added including real-time analytics for event check-ins, polls, feedback & questionnaires, QR code registration, notifications, and so on.
A web admin portal was included to manage all the events and app users’ data, approve users, create events and polls, generate reports, multi-admin interface for every department, and many more.
