Telehealth mobile app for remote patient monitoring

Background

A healthcare service provider from the Middle East found it very difficult to manage patient records and provide consultations remotely with their existing online healthcare platform. So, the client reached us to build a mobile app to monitor and guide patients remotely without any hassles.

Solution Implemented

We had regular discussion sessions with the client to understand their needs on the mobile app and arrived at a feasible yet cost-effective approach for building their dream app.
We developed a fully-fledged mobile app and web admin portal that can smoothly sync with the medical hardware to monitor patients’ vitals remotely from the comfort of their homes and provide insights to their families and the attending doctors.
Both iPhone and Android mobile apps were developed with BLE communication. A web-based portal was developed for doctors and app users. The app also included call center integration for emergency services, PayPal subscriptions, etc.
