Job location is based out of our Bangalore/Hyderabad offices. If you're seeking a remote work, It will require you to travel and work from our Bangalore office for 1 week in a month. 

Job Description:

• 10+ years of experience in MS Dynamics AX 2012 & D365 F&O
• Define and implement MS Dynamics AX 2012 architecture based on business needs.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization of the AX environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into AX 2012 solutions.
• Lead X++ development, enhancements, and module customizations.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for customization & extensions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 architecture, modules & workflows.
• Design integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, Power BI, Azure services).
• Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to AX 2012 or D365.
• Oversee AX 2012 deployments, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Troubleshoot & resolve complex technical issues in AX environments.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Lead a team of Dynamics AX consultants & developers.
• Deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, or HR modules
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
